Organized jointly by the Council of Europe and the Supreme Court of Azerbaijan, a conference will be held in Baku on November 13, the Judge of the European Court on Human Rights Khanlar Hajiyev exclusively told Trend.
He stressed that the conference will bring together a delegation comprised of the representatives of the Council of Europe and two judges of the European Court, including Hajiyev.
Hajiyev added that the conference will mainly focus on the application of the European Convention by the Azerbaijani courts.
