On 2 November the Baku State University will host the presentation of a book 'Racing Uphill' by the first Azerbaijani Ambassador to the United States, the current Deputy Foreign Minister and the Rector of the Diplomatic Academy, Hafiz Pashayev, Trendreports.
The book is an excellent tool for lobbying, congressional relations, media strategy and the development of bilateral relations between countries. It has a rich compilation of papers, op-eds, letters and articles by Dr. Hafiz M. Pashayev during his service as the first Ambassador of Azerbaijan to the US. The book also gives the reader a deep understanding of Azerbaijani-American relations, its developmental path, the obstacles encountered as well as its achievements.
Attending the presentation will be members of the Government and Parliament, Academicians, students, the media, NGOs, International organizations and alumni of US educational programs.
