Nadjamaddin Sadikhov, Chief of the general Staff of the Azerbaijan Defence Ministry is expected to participate in a meeting of the Chiefs of the general Staffs of the Defence Ministers of CIS member-states to be held in Moscow on November 2, Ramiz Malikov, Head of the Press-Service of the Defence Ministry, told Trend today.
Participants of the forthcoming meeting are expected to discuss issues in the sphere of development of cooperation between the Defence Ministries of CIS countries.
During the meeting, issues on joint military training of representatives of military forces of CIS member-states are expected to be discussed as well.
Projecting joint actions aimed at operative military training in 2007, improving the united communication system, as well as the function of navigation and survey, including joint coordination of archival services is expected to be considered as well.
