A joint meeting of the leaders of the opposition parties, human rights activists, as well as leaders of journalist organizations of the country has been held in the headquarters of the Party of People Front of Azerbaijan today, on November 21, Trend reports. The founders of opposition political block Azadlig, Ali Kerimli - the Chairman of the Party of People Front of Azerbaijan, Lala Shovket - the Chairman of the Liberal Party of Azerbaijan, Ali Aliyev the Chairman of the Party of Citizens and Development, Sardar Jallaloghli - an activist of the democratic party of Azerbaijan, Isa Gambar the Chairman of Musavat Party, Mirmakhmoud Miralioghli - the Chairman of the Classical Party of People Front of Azerbaijan, Sabir Rustamkhanli - Chairman of the Civil Solidarity party, Asim Mollazadeh - Chairman of the Democratic Reforms party, etc., were all present at the meeting.
Editor-in-Chief of pro-opposition newspaper Yeni Musavat Rauf Arifoghli, Editor-in-Chif of journal Ganun Shakhbaz Khuduoghli, Editor-in-Chief of paper Baki Khabar Aydin Guliyev, Editor-in-Chief of paper Yeni Zaman Shakir Gabiuloghli, human rights activists Murad Sadraddinov, Leyla Yunus, Arzu Abdulayeva, Saida Godjamanli, Novella Jaffaroghli, etc took part in the meeting too.
During the meeting, the participants discussed issues connected with pressures on local media, expelling the party of People's Front of Azerbaijan, as well as the editorial of Azadlig paper, and Turan news agency from their offices. The leaders of political and public organizations of the Azerbaijan opposition made a decision to hold joint massive actions, as well as form the joint opposition structure in the country.
