The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov intends to leave for Brussels on 2 December to participate at the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the OSCE member-countries on the 4 - 5 December, Trend reports quoting the Press Center of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
Within the visit to Brussels, the Minister plans to hold a number of meetings, including the next round of consultations with the Armenian Foreign Minister, Vardan Oskanyan and co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group.
