Azerbaijan will take all necessary measures and I came to a conclusion that there are no reasons to worry. We need to understand the position of Russia, the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia, Polad Bulbuloglu, said commenting on the meeting held in Moscow with the Diaspora organizations and new law of the Russian Government prohibiting the foreigners to get involved in trade in Russia.
It is not a campaign against the Azerbaijanis and for expelling Azerbaijanis from Russia. The Russian Government wants to ensure order in its markets. We can not find fault with Russia and make pretensions against it. The Russian side has repeatedly stated that this step has not been directed against the Azerbaijanis. Indeed, a disgrace has created in the Russian markets, there are many facts of tax avoidance and other problems. And the Azerbaijani citizens working in the Russian markets should follow the laws of the Russian Federation. Whoever can get into legalization will continue working. Whoever can't needs to return to Azerbaijan. The regions of Azerbaijan are developing intensively and there is a deficit in Azerbaijan with the workforce, the Ambassador, said adding that Russia is interested in establishing normal activities of its markets and Azerbaijan is ready to help them in this process.
Bulbuloglu stressed that during the meeting many suggestions were put forward at the meeting by the Azerbaijani Diaspora organizations. All proposals will be submitted to the State Commission of Azerbaijan. The members of the Commission will often visit Moscow, the Diplomat said.
Highly assessing the results of the meeting with the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, the Ambassador said that important negotiation will be held in the Federal Migration Service of Russia during the upcoming visit of the Azerbaijani Minister of Labor and Special Protection to Russia.
