The Azerbaijani Minister of Justice, Fikret Mammadov, briefed the media on December 11, that the fact where 50% of the candidates successfully passed the test exams for employment in the justice bodies is a positive factor. Service in justice bodies is a special kind of the state service. In accordance with the democratization process, the employment in the justice bodies is carried out through open competition. According to the rules, within 4 months, the documents of the candidates were admitted and the first test exam was held. Success of 50% of the candidates in the exams is very good indicator. The main fact is that faith is increasing for the measures held via democratic methods, the Minister said.
