During the first meeting of the responsible consultants of Azerbaijan, organized by the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, different proposals were put forward regarding making amendments and annexes to the active legislation of Azerbaijan on legal assistance to the Azerbaijanis residing abroad, Trend reports quoting the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan.
The meeting brought together the responsible consultants working in the diplomatic representations and consulates of Azerbaijan in 37 countries, representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Interior Ministry, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, Ministry of National Security, State Border Service and other state bodies. The participants made their recommendations regarding the future modernization of the legal assistance for the Azerbaijanis residing abroad.
The authorized representatives of the departments of the Ministry of Justice exchanged views at the meeting on the conduct of the notary operations by the Azerbaijani consulates abroad.
The representatives of the Ministries informed the participants on the issues of education and health of the Azerbaijanis going abroad. The representatives of the National Security Ministry presented various information of recommendation character to the consultants for ensuring the security of Azerbaijan.
