On December 20, 2006 Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on application of changes and supplements to the Law on State Duties, Trend reports.
In accordance with the decree, with 2 period the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan is committed to develop a proposal on unification of existing legislative acts to the changes and supplements to the Law on State Duties of Azerbaijan, which was adopted on November 28, 2006, and submit it to the President.
The decree also commits the unification of standard legal documents of the Cabinet of Ministers and relevant bodies of the executive authorities with the Law.
