MP Aydin Mirzazadeh, a member of the Permanent Commission for Defense Issue of the Milli Majlis, a member of the Political Council of ruling Yeni Azerbaycan Parry, told journalists that work on preparing The Military Doctrine of Azerbaijan Republic is underway.
According to him, there have been no difficulties in adopting the document. Issues that concerned the military doctrine are regulated with bills, decrees, and orders signed by President Ilham Aliyev. There are opinions on the necessity of adopting such a document. Therefore, the document is being worked through, and it will be submitted to the Milli Majlis soon, said Mr. Mirzazadeh.
The military doctrine of the country establishes friendly countries and enemy countries.
Speaking about the friendly countries and enemy countries, Mr. Mirzazadeh said that every country wants to be friends with Azerbaijan and takes different steps in this direction. It is obviously known that Armenia, which occupied our territories, is the only enemy country for Azerbaijan.
