He said that conduct of 2003 World Cup in the capital was the first sign. Then Dinara Himatova, who gained several prizes and received recognition in the international arena, demonstrated herself. Gradually sections of the eurhythmics were opened in districts, and we brought more talented girls from regions to Baku, Hasanov said.

In addition, during the World Championship in Budapest, Himatova for the first time in the history of Azerbaijani gymnastics entered into eight of the best graces, and Azerbaijan was represented in 2004 Olympic Games in this type of sport. We appear new talented sportswomen, and the team has already demonstrated itself in the international arena. But all these do not mean that we do not have any problems. The problems are linked with the lack of trainers, staff and halls, Hasanov said.

During the elections, Hasanov held his post of Vice President, and the second post was taken by Bahram Narimanov. Farid Habibov was elected as the Secretary General and Executive Committee was represented by Rauf Aliyev, Rafig Beybutov and Arif Gafarov.
