Martin Nesirky, OSCE Press and Public Relations Department Head, OSCE Chairman-in-Office's representative, informed Trend that the newly appointed OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Spanish Foreign Minister, Migel Ankhel Maratinos, plans to tour all OSCE regions, including the South Caucasus.
He said that the visit will be paid within the subsequent months. The OSCE head will travel to Azerbaijan. Intensive arrangements are underway due to this respect.
