Amendments to Rules of Providing Addressed Social Aid Will Eliminate Bureaucratic Obstacles  Azeri MP

The Chairman of the Permanent Social Policy Commission of the Azerbaijan Parliament, MP Hadi Rajabli, informed Trend that amendments have been prepared and will be made to the rules of providing addressed social aid to the poor layer of the Azerbaijan population. The new rules should come into force in the near future. He said that according to the law, defining the level of the poverty has been charged on the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, and the relevant documents have been sent to the Cabinet of Ministers.

In addition, according to the order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection, an implementation mechanism has been determined.

Amendments will possibly be made to the documents directed to the Cabinet of Ministers. It deals with elimination of the bureaucratic obstacles, Rajabli said, adding that if necessary the Parliament may make amendments to the law On issuing addressed social aid to poor families.
