On January 22, the regional conference on getting familiarized with local governments of Germany will begin in Cologne. Azerbaijan will be represented at the conference by MP Tahir Rzayev, Trend reports with reference to the Press-Service of the Azerbaijan Parliament.
Organized by the Technical Co-operation Society of Germany for the representatives of Azerbaijan and Georgia, the event will focus on the development of the regional infrastructure, legislation, economical and strategic policy pursued in the regions and other questions.
Within the visit, the participants of the conference will visit several cities of Germany, exchanged views with the heads of the state and local self-government bodies.
The visit will conclude on February 2.
