The member of the Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Rafael Huseynov, informed Trend that one more document presented by him to the PACE Secretariat has been published. According to him, the document had been entitled Territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and cultural heritage: new threats of Armenia. Huseynov said that the written inquiry submitted to the PACE Committee of Ministers with regards to this document has also been published.

The document says that Armenia does not keep itself from transforming the occupied lands into debris, breaking ecological balance, cutting forests in the occupied territories, destroying cultural values, but instead takes steps to expand actions in this respect. There are many Christian monuments, churches and buildings on the territory of Azerbaijan. Armenia tries to appropriate these monuments located in the occupied territories. The document says that the next goal of Armenia is Nakchivan. Armenia wants to appropriate the monuments located there, as well as makes territorial pretensions against Nakchivan and prepares new guileful plans for capturing these lands, Huseynov said.

The Deputy said that he requires the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe to organize urgent discussions to take measures for preventing the new occupant plans of Armenia.
