The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed a decree on conducting 100th jubilee of the popular artist, outstanding compositor, author of the 1st national ballet, Afrasiyab Badelbeyli in April 2007, Trend reports.
The Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Union of Compositors have been charged to organize and hold the event.
