Anar Maharramov, the First Secretary of the Azerbaijan Ambassador to Spain, has exclusively informed Trendthat Juan Carlos I, the King of Spain, has plans to pay a visit to Azerbaijan.
According to him, the Spanish King expressed such an intention during the meeting with Mammad Aliyev, Azerbaijan Ambassador to Spain, which was held within the reception on the occasion of the New Year. Notably, the arrangement for representatives of the diplomatic corpus of the countries which have their representative offices in Madrid was organized at the King Palace. Azerbaijan Ambassador to Madrid, Mammad Aliyev, who participated in the event, delivered the speech of welcome of Ilham Aliyev to the Spanish King.
According to Mr. Maharramov, King Juan Carlos I, sent his welcomes to Azerbaijan President, Ilham Aliyev, and said that he had always been a supporter of further relation reinforcer between the two countries. The King also sent his invitations to the Azerbaijani President to pay an official visit to Spain.
