The Chief of the Public Security Section of Baku Central Police Department, Shamil Seyidli, briefed the media that 10-15 people were detained and brought to the Police Department No. 37 during the unofficial action of Azadlyg Block, Trend reports.
He said that the supporters of Azadlyg Block tried to hold an action without the permit form the Executive Power of Baku City and violated the public order. As a result, a confrontation emerged between them and police. In addition, it caused the closing of the roads. Seyidli added that after the details of who tried to hold unofficial action are studied, they will be sent to the court. Appropriate measures will be taken for those who wanted to break the public order, Seyidli said.
