The Head of the Press Service of Milli Majlis, Akif Nasirov, said on January 31 that 28 law drafts will be discussed at the spring session of the Parliament. According to him, the documents will include the projects of the social, economical and juridical laws, as well as law on education and local self-governance. Nasirov said that the Parliament has the right to, with the legislative initiative, appeal to the President of Azerbaijan Republic, Supreme Court, Prosecutor Office of the Republic and High Assembly of Nakchivan Autonomous Republic. During the spring session, discussions will be held over the legislative projects received by the Parliament.
