The Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan, Elkhan Huseynov, exclusively informed Trend that the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Artur Rasizade, will represent the country in the inauguration ceremony of the new Head of Turkmenistan.
He said that the Governmental delegation headed by the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan will arrive in Turkmenistan on February 13, 2007. The meeting of the popular Council of Turkmenistan, during which the results of the elections will be announced and inauguration of the new President of the country will be held, will take place on February 14, 2007.
