Today, on February 13, Azerbaijan President, Ilham Aliyev, signed an order on perpetuation of the memory of People's Artiste Leyla Aghalar gizi Badirbayli, Trend reports referring to National AzTV Channel.
According to the Presidential order, the Baku City Executive Power was commissioned to install a memorable desk on the building where the People's Artiste lived: 84a, Shamsi Badalbayli St. Baku City.
