Community of democratic elections and Organization for Democracy and Economic Development вЂ" GUAM is one of the key priorities of the co-operation of Ukraine in Baltic-Black Sea-Caspian region, stated in the National Security Strategy of Ukraine, confirmed by order of the President of Ukraine, Victor Yushenka, a Trend Special Correspondent in Kiev reports.
In addition, the priorities of the co-operation of Ukraine in the Baltic-Black Sea-Caspian region are to expand bilateral and multilateral co-operation with the countries of the region with regards to the formation of a common energy policy, especially in the area of transition of energy carriers.
The document stipulates that Ukraine should remain as an active participant in the process of regulating frozen conflicts in the region, especially in Pridnestrov.
