World Health Organization Announced Absence of Virus of Bird Flu in Blood Samples of Deceased Inhabitant of Azerbaijan

The London Laboratory of the World Health Organization (WHO) announced the absence of the virus of bird flu in the blood samples of the deceased inhabitant of Boyag village of Neftchala district of Azerbaijan, Zamina Zeynalova, born in 1969, Trend reports with reference to the Health Ministry of Azerbaijan. Earlier, she had hospitalized at the Scientific-Research Institute of Lung Diseases.

The initial diagnose made by the Azerbaijani physicians was double pneumonia. Taking into consideration the seasonal migration of the wild birds, the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan recommend population to refrain themselves from the close contact with the birds, keep domestic birds away from the wild birds, inform the local veterinary services while observing the death of birds, not to hunt and use wild birds.
