Sardar Jalaloglu, Head of the Organization Committee of a conference of the Azerbaijan Democratic Party, stated that the organization of a session of the ADP Presidium is illegal. He was commenting on the results of the session held on 18 February 2007.
Mr. Jalaloglu informed Trend correspondent that the session was held with the participation of 17 people, whereas members of the Presidium number 79 people.
Only 13 of 17 participants in the gathering are members of the Presidium, while 4 were removed its composition. These are Akif Shahbazov, Alim Guliyev, Aga Abdullaoglu and my former assistant, he stressed.
Moreover, the Organization Committee on Conference and Central Control Committee of the ADP will make a decision on the participants in the illegal session
Earlier, we warned that participants of this illegal session will be fired from the party, Mr. Jalaloglu noted, not excluding the removal of Rasul Guliyev, the ADP Chairman, from the party.
