The Vice President of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, Ludmila Sfirloag, informed Trend that in March the Congress will announce its resolution regarding the election experience in Azerbaijan. The resolution should be presented to the Government of Azerbaijan in February. She explained the lag in preparing the document due to the intensive working schedule of the Organization.
The document includes Azerbaijan fulfillment of its obligations undertaken before the Council of Europe, as well as questions regarding improvement of the election experience in Azerbaijan.
