Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr E. Huseynli / General Ilker Bashbug, the Commander-in-Chief of Turkish Land Forces, is to pay an official visit to Azerbaijan on 6 - 8 March.
According to the information provided by the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan, within the framework of his visit, Bashbug is to meet his counterpart Safar Abiyev.
The issues on improving bilateral co-operation will be discussed at the meeting.
The Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is also expected to receive the General.
