Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Ilhamgizi / The Chairman of the Organizational Committee of Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP), Sardar Jalaloglu said that the Party will participate in the 2008 presidential elections.
He stressed, however, that the Party would not be in one coalition with the ruling party in the next presidential elections. "We cannot support the ruling party because we are the opposition party. Therefore, amongst those candidates of opposition, we will support those whose conception satisfies us," Jalaloglu said.
Changing its radical opposition position, ADP adopted a course of constructive political talks with the ruling power. After this, the Party dissolved and divided themselves into supporters of former ADP Chairman, Rasul Guliyev and Saradr Jalaoglu.
