Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Ilhamgizi / The Chairman of Azerbaijan National Independence Party (ANIP), Ayaz Rustamov, said that the party will raise a law suit in the higher court instance against the State Committee on Management of State Property of Azerbaijan. He stressed that they were evicted from the building located in Mehdi Huseyn street. The owner of the building refused to conclude new contract with ANIP on 18 March. According to him, it is linked with the intensification of the political activities of the party over the recent period. Rustamov remembered that the law suit in Economic Court No.1 against the issue that ANIP has not been provided with office has not been ensured. Presently headquarter of ANIP is located in its Nasimi district department.
