Trend I.Alizade / The member of the Azerbaijani delegation to the PACE, Rafael Huseynov, said that the Armenian delegation to the PACE will not attend the spring session of the organization in April. According to him, Armenian delegation justifies it through the parliamentary elections in Armenia on 12 May. "The Armenian deputies said that they prepare themselves for the forthcoming parliamentary elections," Huseynov said.
He stressed that due to it, meeting did not take place between the delegations of Azerbaijan and Armenia to PACE within the Ad Hoc Committee for Nagorno-Karabakh. The obligations of Azerbaijan will be discussed at the spring session of the PACE.
