Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr. I. Alizadeh/ Walter Calin, the Representative of the U. S. Secretary General for Affairs with IDPs and Refugees is expected to pay an official visit Azerbaijan by the invitation of the Azerbaijani Government on April 2-6, 2007, a source in the U. N. Office in Azerbaijan told Trend.
Within the forthcoming visit of the U.N. official, the Representative of the U. N. Secretary General is expected to meet Azerbaijani top-ranking officials, particularly with those ones, who are occupied with the interests and engaged in the affairs of IDPs and refugees of the country. Mr, Calin is expected to meet representatives of the civil society, as well as IDPs and refugees themselves.
A press-conference for local and international media representatives will take place last day of the visit of the U. N. official to the country.
