Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr. I. Alizadeh/ Aynur Guliyeva (Jamalgizi), a Member of Milli Majlis and a member of the Azerbaijani Parliamentary Delegation to PACE, has said that changes have been made to the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE (Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe). Elmira Akhundova, a neutral loyal member of the Azerbaijani delegation, has been substituted by Iltizam Akparli, an opposition Member of the Azerbaijani Parliament.

Mrs. Guliyeva noted that the statement was made by opposition party Musavat, and addressed to PACE and the Milli Majlis said that Mrs. Guliyeva was not a member of the opposition party, therefore she could not represent the Musavat Party at PACE.
