Azerbaijan, Baku/ Trend , corr. E. Husseynli/ Ali Ahmadov, the Deputy of the Chairman of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party (YAP), has exclusively informed Trend that the whole country is expected to participate in arrangements in honour of the 84th anniversary of Azerbaijan's All-Nation Leader and founder of the present ruling New Azerbaijan Party (YAP), Heydar Aliyev.
He noted that the tradition to hold such large-scale events and conferences connected with Heydar Aliyev's birthday began in 2003. As a mark of tradition, the Deputy of the Chairman of the ruling Party said that during the conference to be organized on 7 May, presentation of the book "The Path of Heydar Aliyev: Azerbaijan on New Stage of Development" will be made. This book depicts articles from different speakers and reporters on the social and public life of Heydar Aliyev.
Ahmadov noted that that there was a great need to popolarize the personlaity of Heydar Aliyev, as well as his great activity and ideas among the young generation of Azerbaijan. Due to this, the school contests dedicated to Heydar Aliyev, which has been founded this year, is exepcted to be continued in the future .
"Each organization based upon the strong and robust secretary will live for a long time. The New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) has solid and strong positions, since it has been formed on the basis of robust ideas and principles determined Heydar Aliyev," said Mr. Ahmadov.
The representative of the ruling Party stated that over 400,000 people had become the members of the Party.
The Political Organization has all constraints to have a serious effect on the whole Azerbaijani society.
Ahmadov noted that even after the death of Heydar Aliyev, the New Azerbaijan party ( YAP) continued its development. "The Party is strong not only by its number, but also its authority and influence. During the recent meeting with members of the Party, President Ilham Aliyev stated that the Party has the strongest positions not only in Azerbaijan, but also in the whole region," concluded the Deputy of the Chairman of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party (YAP).
