Consultations between Foreign Ministries of Azerbaijan, Russia Held in Moscow
Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr S. Aghayeva / Khazar Ibrahim, spokesman for Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry, reported that consultations between the foreign ministries of Azerbaijan and Russia began in Moscow on 7 May. Bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia, regional cooperation and security will be the focus of the consultations. Azerbaijan is represented by a delegation from the ministry headed by the deputy Foreign Minister, Araz Azimov.
The Russian Embassy to Azerbaijan reported on 7 May that from the Russian side the negotiations are being attended by the directors of the departments from CIS and European countries. The sides will also consider the cooperation of the two countries in European organizations. The consultations will end on 8 May.
