Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend I.Alizade / The parliamentary delegation headed by the Azerbaijani Speaker, Oktay Asadov, went on a visit to Poland on 21 May.
The visit is aimed at expanding co-operation between the legislative bodies of the two countries. Within the visit paid at the invitation of the Chairman of the Polish Senate, Bogdan Borushevich, the Azerbaijani speaker will meet with the Polish President, Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, Minister of Economy and Chairmen of the Senate and Seym of the Country. The meetings will focus on the development of the relations between the two countries and legislative bodies. Within his visit, Asadov will organize an official reception dedicated to Republic Day of Azerbaijan, 28 May. The visit will conclude on 23 May.
