Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr I. Alizadeh / It is yet not known whether the meeting of the Speakers of the Azerbaijani, Georgian, Russian, and Armenian parliaments within the framework of the CIS Parliamentary Assembly's session to be held in Saint-Petersburg on 1 June will be really held, the Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the CIS PA, deputy secretary general of the organization, Aydin Jafarov, has reported.

Javarov has noted that participation of Armenian delegation in the session is doubtful due to parliamentary elections held in the country. "The meeting of the 'Caucasus Four' can be postponed due to absence of Armenian delegation," Jafarov said. The exact decision on the meeting will be made in near future.

According to Jafarov, the CIS PA session is dated to the 15th Anniversary of the organization. The meeting will be solemnly held with participation of parliamentary delegations and guests from international organizations.

The agenda of the meeting is under current development, Jafarov noted.

The CIS unites post-Soviet Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Kazakhstan Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Tajikistan.
