Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The Inter-State Working Group at the level of Deputy Foreign Ministers coordinated the text of the project of Conception of Further Development of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the CIS Executive Committee reports.
The Inter-State Working Group decided to ask the Executive Committee to send the project of the conception to the consideration of the Council of CIS State Heads.
The Working Group at the level of Deputy Foreign Ministers was created according to the decision of the CIS Council of State Heads and Council of Foreign Ministers. The Working Group was in charge of devising the project of Conception of Further Development of the CIS by 1 June 2007. On the basis of the proposal by the CIS member-country of Russia, the project of Conception was devised, which was worked out at the time of three expert meetings and three meetings of the Group. The most recent meeting of the Group occurred on 29 May in Minsk.
