The main purpose of the recent changes have been made in the Law on State Service, is to assess the activities of employees during the year.
The activity of an employee is to be assessed on the basis of his professional knowledge, relation to his service duties, analytic abilities, initiatives, work discipline, work experience, connectivity, relation with colleagues, ability to analyze, prediction and his authority among colleagues.
The results of the assessment are provided in the document according to employee activities.
The spring changes made in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic on State Service were confirmed by the President Ilham Aliyev.
