Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. P.Amirjanov / On 21 June, the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, issued a decree conferring military people of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan. According to the decree, for their services in the development of Azerbaijani culture and their long-term activities in the Armed Forces, Imanov Yashar was conferred the title of popular artist, Ahmadov Rafig, Ganiyev Heydar and Manafli Aydin - the title of honored artist, and Guliyev Akif Islam oglu - honored teacher.
