Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend S.Ilhamgizi / New opposition party, Party of New Time, was established in Azerbaijan. The constituent conference took place on 16m July in the office of the party because the Executive Power of Baku had not allocated special place. The event was attended by 117 people. The conference formed the structure of the party and adopted its program and regulation. Musa Agayev was elected as the Chairman of the new party.
Agayev said that the party will take opposition position with regards to the Government. The party brings together more than 3000 members.
