Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr K. Ramazanova / Azerbaijan should resolve issues regarding development of democracy by themselves, a representative of the European Union, Alan Vaddams, reported in Baku on 18 July.
"Democracy and human rights are problems which cannot be resolved in one day," he said. According to Vaddams, Azerbaijan should reach democracy by themselves and this issue is stipulated in the Plan of Action on European Partnership signed between Azerbaijan and the European Union.
