Georgia, Tbilisi / Trend corr. N.Kirtskhalia / Zaza Begashvili, the chairman of Sakrebulo, local self-governing body of Tbilisi, stated on 19 July that the main South Caucasus office of the Reform of self-governing Centre of Council of Europe would be opened in Georgia, after meeting with Jovani Disnar, the head of the Centre.
Begashvili and Disnar considered issues regarding reformation of self-governing system. According to Begashvili, the Georgian Association of self-governing will try that local self-governing bodies can resolve problems themselves through support of the President and European colleges.
