Wolfgang Sporrer, OSCE Co-ordinator of Europe House in Azerbaijan stated that the OSCE should take more decisive steps in the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. "We support the activities of the OSCE Minsk Group," he added.
He noted that the European Commission promised Azerbaijan assistance in certain areas which involves assistance in the deportation of refugees and IDPs de-mining, rehabilitation and rehabilitation of houses.
Sporrer stressed that the EU is unable to speak about the allocation of funds for the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict due to the absence of a concrete resolution.
