Azerbaijan, Ganja / Trend corr. V.Mammadov / The 25th congress of World Youth began in Ganja city of Azerbaijan. More than 50 representatives of different youth organizations from 18 countries to take part at the congress. The congress to be organized by initiative of the Public Youth Association of 'Bridge for future' and the organization 'For youth exchange and understanding' within the framework of the world youth system 'Me and You in Europe'. The Council of Europe allocated €10,000 and the Azerbaijani Youth and Tourism Ministry -AZN 23, 660 to hold the congress in Ganja, Mushvig Jafarov, the chairman of the Public Youth Union, said.
According to Jafarov, the Public Youth Union of 'Bridge for future' was elected full member of Council of Europe in 2005, and the union could set up ties with European system and reached to host the congress in Ganja. The congress will be of three stages and to continue by 20 August. The third stage of the congress will be held in Baku.
