E.Javadova / The criminal trial involving Azerbaijan's former Minister of Economic Development, Farhad Aliyev, his brother Rafik Aliyev, former President of the Azpetrol Group of Companies, and seventeen other people, continues with state prosecutors' evidence at the Court of Heinous Crimes presided over by Judge Tofik Pashayev.
Elton Guliyev, Farhad Aliyev's attorney delivered a speech in court.
F. Aliyev and other defendants are charged with abuse of power, bribery, illegal privatization of state property, and economic crimes. The attorney said all these accusations have not been proved.
The court trial will continue on 4 October.
