Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / On 18 October the European Court on Human Rights will make a judgment on the complaint of the Azerbaijani journalist.
The Head of the Center for Journalistic Searches, Sheyda Nasibova, says that the articles 11 (freedom of assembly) and 6 (fair court investigation) of the Convention on Rights and Freedoms have been violated, a source stated in the European Court.
According to the information, the claimant wishes the case to be fairly considered in the court.
The Center for Journalistic Searches established in 2001 aims to ensure development of journalism and freedom of press.
The European Court on Human Rights has made four judgments with regards to Azerbaijan.
