Huseynli / This year the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan received 1,400 lawsuits and of them, twenty-five have made it to court, the Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Farhad Abdullayev, briefed the media on 17 October. According to him, the majority of the received complaints are linked with property issues. According to Abdullayev, all of the twenty-five cases brought to trial were ruled in favor of the plaintiffs.
