A teacher of the Baku State University, Mushvig Tahirov, made an inquiry to the Azerbaijani Parliament demanding information about the results of the opened roll-call vote in 2000 and 2005. In compliance with the internal regulations of the Azerbaijani Parliament results of the open vote should be publicized.
The parliamentary Administration reported they cannot give the information as the results of the open roll-call vote were still not publicized.
