According to reports, the 'Ocean's 13? star, 46, was having dinner at the Madeos restaurant with girlfriend Sarah Larson, 28, when the male model, Fabio's friends started taking pictures - George got annoyed.
An onlooker told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: 'Clooney assumed the woman was taking snaps of him and asked her to stop'
'George argued back and then he and Fabio got into a shoving match. The waiters broke it up before it got out of hand.'
Fabio's manager confirmed there had been an altercation: 'George is lucky he didn't end up in the ER.'
