Azerbaijan, Baku, 18 January /corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / The investigation have been completed over the criminal case with regards to Azerbaijani singer Ragsana Ismaylova's sister and mother, who are accused of the human trafficking.
Baylar Mamishov, the lawyer of sister Ellada Ismaylova, reported to Trend on 18 January that today the prosecuted and lawyers became familiarized with the materials of the criminal case.
After the judgment by the Nasimi District Court, Ismaylova was arrested for a period of three months.
Adila Ismaylova, the Mother of singer Ragsana Ismaylova, was freed due to health problems, after signing the document that she won't leave the city.
The Ismaylova's were arrested on the basis of the evidences, provided by one of their victims.
According to the lawyer, by the end of January, the materials of the criminal case will be sent for consideration to the Court on Heinous Crimes.
E.Ismaylova has been detained for a similar crime in Turkey. She, together with the Turkish citizen, Arzu Seytin, brought their victim 'Lala' to Turkey and forced her to engage in the prostitution.
Due to the lack of proof, the Turkish Bodrum Court passed the verdict of "not guilty" in the favour of E.Ismaylova and Arzu Seytin
