The squeeky clean X Factor winner will follow Eva Mendes, Naomi Campbell and Roselyn Sanchez by posing naked for the animal rights activists.
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has asked 22-year old Leona to pose in its "I'd rather go naked than wear fur" campaign.
A source close to Lewis said that she was thrilled to be asked, especially since she happens to be a strict vegetarian.
"She's hugely proud to have been asked. She's a strict vegetarian so it's a cause close to her heart," The Sun quoted the source, as saying.
